All Sales Are Final:

Academic Success:

5.1 Concept Nursing does not guarantee specific grades, academic success, or success on exams. The application of knowledge and the outcome of academic efforts are the sole responsibility of the student.

Miscellaneous:

6.1 Concept Nursing reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any part of our Services or this Agreement at any time and for any reason without notice.

6.2 Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith between the parties.

6.3 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the student and Concept Nursing and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
